Your Role :
As part of our marketing team, you will play a key role in strengthening the TVG Management brand and supporting our business and recruitment initiatives within the financial services space.
You will be involved in both brand building and campaign execution, helping position TVG Management as a trusted and forward-thinking organisation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen TVG Management’s brand presence
• Plan and manage campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and offline channels
• Create engaging marketing content including social media posts, campaign visuals, and marketing materials
• Maintain strong brand consistency across all communication touchpoints
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
• Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimise marketing strategies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business and branding objectives
What We Are Looking For:
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or content creation
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills
• Creative thinker with strong organisational abilities
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
