About the Team:
As a Brand Marketing & Communications Associate, you will play a key role in executing brand campaigns and communication initiatives that enhance Shopee’s branding and user engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring creative ideas to life across online and offline channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice
Job Description:
- Assist in the execution of ATL and BTL brand campaigns across platforms, including digital, social media, in-app, and offline channels
- Coordinate the campaign rollout plans and timelines with internal stakeholders (e.g., production, campaign, and media teams)
- Develop campaign messaging and creative briefs that align with the overall brand strategy
- Work with internal teams and media partners to review assets and ensure quality and brand consistency
- Able to turn ideas into clear, visually engaging presentation
- Track campaign performance and compile reports or post-campaign summaries
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and brand sentiment to provide insights for ongoing communication strategies
- Execute communication plans and align with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and synchronized timelines
- Lead and manage end to end event planning from concept development to post-event wrap-up
- Leverage data analysis to identify audience insights, optimize event strategy, and inform decision-making
- Oversee timeline, budgeting, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination and ensure seamless on-ground execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication Arts, Liberal Arts, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or campaign execution (experience from internships or agencies in the creative or media planning industry is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks effectively (experience in project coordination or PMO is a plus)
- Basic understanding of branding principles and marketing channels (i.e. ATL, BTL, digital media, social media)
- Team player with good communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with creative or design tools is a plus
- Creative mindset with an interest in exploring social media trends and generating fresh campaign ideas
- Curious and up-to-date with the latest marketing and digital trends
- Strong project management and analytical mindset with ability to interpret and translate data into strategy
- High ownership, structured thinking, and problem-solving capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
