We are now expanding our partnerships team and looking for someone who can build real relationships with brands and turn attention into long-term collaboration.
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially sharp Brand Partnerships professional to lead relationships with brands, founders, and decision-makers across our media ecosystem.
Your role is not just to sell placements. You will build partnerships that align with our mission of empowering growth and creating meaningful exposure for businesses.
You will work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, craft proposals, and structure collaborations that deliver value for both Koocester and our partners.
This is a relationship-driven role with clear revenue responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Partnerships & Revenue Growth
Develop and manage partnerships with brands, founders, and agencies
Propose media, storytelling, and brand positioning collaborations
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (outbound & inbound)
Manage the full partnership cycle: outreach → pitch → proposal → closing
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build long-term, repeat partnerships rather than one-off transactions
Client Advisory & Strategic Pitching
Understand each partner’s business goals and growth stage
Recommend suitable media and brand positioning solutions
Present proposals confidently and consultatively
Position Koocester as a strategic growth partner
Ensure collaborations align with Koocester’s brand and values
Relationship Management
Build long-term trust with founders, marketers, and brand leaders
Maintain ongoing communication with partners
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
Ensure smooth handover to content and operations teams after closing
Support long-term partnership success
Sales Operations & Forecasting
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
Report weekly on activity, deals, and forecasts
Track conversion rates and revenue performance
Contribute ideas to improve partnership packaging and offerings
Who We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
1–5+ years in partnerships, media sales, brand collaborations, or B2B sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable discussing branding, influence, and positioning
Ability to manage relationships and close deals
Confident in meetings with founders and decision-makers
Organised and disciplined with follow-ups and pipeline management
