Role Overview
The Brand Partnerships Manager is responsible for onboarding and growing brand participation on the LocStoc platform. This role focuses on building commercial partnerships with brands, structuring agreements, and developing long term brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage suitable local and international brands
Generate brand partnership opportunities through targeted outreach, professional networks, warm introductions, and strategic use of digital channels
Present the LocStoc platform and value proposition clearly
Structure and negotiate commercial partnership terms
Lead brand onboarding from first discussion to agreement
Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable brand conversations
Manage and grow a portfolio of brand partnerships
Drive expansion of contract value over time
Coordinate with internal teams on deployment and execution
Represent LocStoc professionally in regional markets
Professional Experience and Skills
3 – 7 years experience in brand partnerships, commercial roles, or platform businesses
Strong ability to structure and negotiate commercial agreements
Comfortable structuring commercial discussions and agreements
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
Understanding of regional brand or distributor ecosystems.
Experience engaging decision makers at brand or regional level
Familiarity with retail, ecommerce, or consumer brands preferred
Experience operating in or with Southeast Asian markets is an advantage
Professional written and verbal English
Added Advantage
Existing relationships with brand owners, regional managers, or decision makers in relevant categories
Prior experience engaging brands at regional or multi market level
Familiarity with how brands evaluate new market entry platforms
Ability to activate warm introductions where appropriate

• Identifies and prioritises a focused list of suitable target brands
• Initiates conversations with relevant brand decision makers
• Activates warm introductions or credible outreach pathways
• Presents partnership concepts confidently and accurately
Within 60 days
• Advances multiple brand discussions beyond initial exploration
• Structures preliminary partnership terms with suitable brands
• Demonstrates ability to handle objections and commercial trade-offs
• Shows momentum through repeat brand engagement
• Secures initial brand partnerships or is in advanced stage negotiations
• Onboards brands with realistic expectations and strong platform fit
• Establishes a repeatable approach to brand engagement
• Secures signed brand partnerships aligned with LocStoc’s platform model
• Onboards brands with realistic expectations and strong fit
• Contributes to improving partnership materials and approaches

• Grows contract value through expanded brand participation
• Maintains strong and trusted brand relationships
• Prioritises quality and long term fit over volume
