About the Role

Mummys Market is Southeast Asia’s leading platform for parenting events, e-commerce, and retail — and we’re still growing! From hosting Singapore’s largest baby fairs to powering data-driven campaigns for brands like Nestlé, P&G, and Unilever, we help businesses connect with over 500,000 parents every year.

We’re looking for an energetic and driven Brand Sales Manager to join our Brand Activation team — someone who’s passionate about sales, partnerships, and helping brands grow through exhibitions and marketing activations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to new potential clients (via market research and cold calling)

  • Pitch our platform, exhibitions, and brand activation opportunities to prospects

  • Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business

  • Hit sales KPIs and revenue targets set by the company

  • Provide support to clients to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale experience

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations) to deliver great outcomes

  • Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction


Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong ability to build rapport and manage client relationships

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Bonus if you have experience in exhibitions/events or the parenting/baby products space

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
