We are a creative Web Development & SEO agency looking for a freelance or part-time Brand & Social Media Executive to take full ownership of our short-form video strategy, editing and production for delivery on various social media platforms.
This is a 6 months part-time role focused on deliverables & is meant to drive the social media visibility & reach of the brand. You would need to have some experience with strategizing & editing short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram & Tiktok. You would be working with the director to create engaging & high-performing content.
Key Details
Commitment: We are planning the workload to be around 4 days (32 hours) per month. Working hours are very much up to you to manage - the important is the video deliverables.
Location: 75% Remote / WFH (with the exception of scheduled in-person shoot days which likely will be on weekends, 1 to max 2 times a month).
Compensation: $800 for 32 Hours a month. CPF yet to be included & will be paid.
Primary Focus: On-camera presenting, short-form video strategy, editing, and performance analysis. Pls expect to be on camera along with the company director.
Responsibilities
1. Strategy & On-Camera Presenting
Develop a monthly content calendar focused on short-form video (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
Script and concept 12–14 social media videos per month, ensuring each video has a compelling hook, clear narrative, and strong CTA.
Work together with the director to appear on-camera for our brand, bringing energy & authenticity to videos.
Stay ahead of platform trends, audio tracks, and format changes to keep our brand relevant.
2. Video Production & Editing
Collaborate closely on monthly shoot days to capture all necessary raw footage efficiently.
Own the post-production process: edit, color grade, and add engaging captions, sound effects, and graphics to the monthly videos.
Experience & Requirements
Keen interest in social media industry.
Some experience with video editing tools like Canva & Capcut (Pro license we will provide).
Have a basic understanding how to make content perform well (Hooks, sound effects, scripting)
Energetic & willing to learn.
Have your own laptop for editing.
