About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Strategist (Content Creation & Growth) who goes beyond content creation.
This role is for someone who:
Thinks strategically about what the brand should say
Understands what actually drives online engagement and conversions
Is excited to test, learn, and refine content across organic and paid channels
You will play a key role in shaping how I Quadrant communicates across social, ads, and campaigns.
1. Brand & Content StrategyDevelop and evolve I Quadrant’s brand positioning across platforms
Translate complex property concepts into clear, human, and relatable messaging
Ensure consistency in tone: calm, grounded, and trustworthy (never hype-driven)
Plan and execute content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — including statics, videos, and shoots
Manage content calendars and publishing workflows
Create and refine content — including captions, scripts, and talking points
Oversee creative direction to ensure visual and message consistency
Collaborate with the performance marketing team to develop and test ad creatives and messaging angles
Analyse content and ad performance across key metrics (engagement, leads, conversions)
Identify patterns and optimise content based on data and insights
Work closely with Head of Departments, performance marketing, and creative teams to translate ideas into effective content
Align brand storytelling with lead generation goals
Take ownership of content calendars and campaign timelines
Manage shoots, launches, and content pipelines independently
Drive projects from concept, execution to optimisation
Job Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and current content trends
Ability to create content end-to-end — from ideation to scripting, filming, and publishing
Proficiency in basic photo and video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Proficient copywriting for short-form content (hooks, captions, scripts)
Good understanding of content performance metrics (impressions, engagement, reach, conversions)
Ability to analyse content performance and apply insights to improve results
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Bonus (Nice to Have)
Experience with paid ads (Meta, YouTube, Google)
Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPL, conversions)
Familiarity with Singapore audience psychology and cultural nuances
Interest in personal finance, investing, or education-based brands
