Social Media Marketing Executive (Skincare & Makeup)


We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our skincare and makeup brands across key social media platforms. This role focuses on content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution to build brand awareness and drive sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu

  • Develop engaging, trend-led content such as reels, short-form videos, tutorials, and static posts tailored to skincare and makeup audiences

  • Manage daily social media activities, including posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and community engagement

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation

  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, product seeding initiatives, and campaign tracking

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams on product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns

  • Stay up to date with beauty, skincare, and makeup trends to ensure content remains relevant and competitive

  • Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual guidelines are consistently applied across all platforms


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Prior experience in social media marketing, preferably within skincare, beauty, or cosmetics

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms

  • Creative with a strong eye for aesthetics, content storytelling, and branding

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and responsible

  • Comfortable appearing on camera or directing content creation (preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools is a plus
