About the role

Join the dynamic team at Guilin Garden Restaurant Pte. Ltd. as our Branding Marketing Executive. In this full-time role based in the Downtown Core Central Region, you will play a key part in elevating the brand presence and driving F&B marketing initiatives to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the Chinese, Mala and Korean Cuisine.

2. Create compelling content for F&B digital and social media platforms to engage customers

3. Manage F&B promotional activities, events and partnerships to raise brand awareness

4. Analyse marketing performance data and provide recommendations to optimise campaigns

5. Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations and sales teams to align marketing efforts

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications

What we're looking for

1. 1-3 years of relevant experience in F&B marketing, communications or branding roles

2. Strong creative flair and copywriting skills to produce engaging content

3. Proficiency in digital marketing channels and social media platforms

4. Experience in event management and partnership activations

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to measure and optimise campaigns

6. A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively cross-functionally

7. Passion for the food and beverage industry or local dining experiences
