Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to grow our network of fashion brand clients in Singapore through outreach, relationship building, and conversion into production projects.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential fashion brand clients, e-commerce labels and corporate clients thru multi-channel outreach.
Initiate outreach to fashion brands via Instagram and email to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and nurture relationships with designers and brand owners to secure long-term production partnerships.
Arrange and participate in client meetings to understand their needs and present suitable production solutions
Guide clients through the initial stages of development and production alignment
Support new order processing and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
Maintain ongoing client relationships to encourage repeat business and future project collaborations
Required Competencies and Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, or related field
2–3 years of experience in the fashion or apparel industry
Able to read Tech Packs & have basic understanding of fabrics
Strong communication skills with a self-driven approach to work
Proactive Hunter who is comfortable with cold outreach & digital sales
Working Arrangement
5-day work week
Monday and Friday in office for planning and alignment
Other days dedicated to outreach, client meetings, and visits

Salary
$3,000 – $3,500 base + uncapped performance-based commission
