Description
Engage relevant business stakeholders and end-users to gather business requirements, evaluate, and recommend solutions that best address corporate digital needs.
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate them into technical user stories, system functional specifications, and data flow diagrams.
Participate and actively contribute to technical solutioning, architecture reviews and data modelling alongside internal core tech members.
Review system testing, integration testing, and data conversion documents to verify that specifications are met.
Participate in testing and validating new systems and automated processes to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal tech core team and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.
Undertake root cause analysis for bottlenecks and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
Support change management, user training, and post-launch adoption of new systems and processes.
Maintain project documentation and track requirements, decisions, and issues through the delivery lifecycle.
Help define and monitor acceptance criteria, UAT plans, and success metrics for delivered solutions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar digital project deployment role.
Strong analytical, conceptualisation and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional analytical, conceptualization, and cross-functional communication skills.
Strong experience with business process modeling, flowcharting, and agile documentation tools.
Practical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows, with ability to perform SQL queries for data analysis and verification.
Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical teams.
Proven results-oriented person with focus on delivery.
Understanding of GenAI architecture and best practices, with experience in GenAI projects, Agile/Scrum delivery, Jira, Confluence, and Retail, E-Commerce, or Marketing/CRM systems, will be a plus.
