Key Responsibilities
Customer Project & Sales Cycle Management Manage the complete sales cycle, including RFP, RFQ, NPI, and after-sales service.
Serve as the primary contact for international clients, understand requirements, propose solutions, and build long-term partnerships.
Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with specifications and on-time delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate resources across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
Lead meetings to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
Project Planning & Reporting
Define project goals, schedules, and budgets, and manage risks with effective countermeasures.
Provide regular status updates and performance analysis to both management and clients.
Market & Technology Insights
Track server industry trends and technologies to support client product planning.
Identify business expansion opportunities to maximize product and service value.
Inventory & Excess Material Management
Assess risks of excess and obsolete inventory, and support internal plans to minimize costs.
Negotiate clearance and cost-sharing solutions with clients to balance mutual interests.
Optimize inventory management processes to reduce future risks
Job Requirements:
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to manage cost, margin, and inventory.
Experience in contract and commercial terms negotiation with global clients.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of process improvement.
Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages is a plus.
