Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Project & Sales Cycle Management Manage the complete sales cycle, including RFP, RFQ, NPI, and after-sales service.

  • Serve as the primary contact for international clients, understand requirements, propose solutions, and build long-term partnerships.

  • Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with specifications and on-time delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate resources across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution.

  • Lead meetings to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Project Planning & Reporting

  • Define project goals, schedules, and budgets, and manage risks with effective countermeasures.

  • Provide regular status updates and performance analysis to both management and clients.

Market & Technology Insights

  • Track server industry trends and technologies to support client product planning.

  • Identify business expansion opportunities to maximize product and service value.

Inventory & Excess Material Management 

  • Assess risks of excess and obsolete inventory, and support internal plans to minimize costs.

  • Negotiate clearance and cost-sharing solutions with clients to balance mutual interests.

  • Optimize inventory management processes to reduce future risks


Job Requirements:

  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to manage cost, margin, and inventory.

  • Experience in contract and commercial terms negotiation with global clients.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of process improvement.

  • Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages is a plus.
