Job Responsibilities:
· Supports the Business Development Unit by managing business development data, market intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives.
· Manage and update sales pipeline, client and competitor data, and market intelligence.
· Maintain internal databases and ensure data accuracy.
· Prepare periodic business development reports for APRHQ and Tokyo HQ.
· Support digital transformation through identification of manual processes and implementation of automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate).
· Prepare meeting materials, tender support documents, and presentation packages.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree.
· 3–5 years of experience in business development support, data management, digitalization, or related roles.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data-handling skills.
· Experience building dashboards (Power BI) or workflow automation (Power Automate, Power Apps).
· Knowledge or experience in Digital Transformation (DX).
