Business Development and Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Executive to join our team. This opportunity is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience in various marketing aspects, with a focus on government project tendering, proposal preparation, social media management, and web traffic analysis.

Responsibilities:

·       Assist in researching and identifying government project tender opportunities that align with the company's expertise and offerings.

·       Collaborate with the audit and account team to prepare and submit tender documents in a timely and accurate manner.

·       Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and documentation standards.

·       Support the marketing manager in creating compelling proposals for potential clients and government projects.

·       Gather and organize relevant information, case studies, and data to strengthen the proposals.

·       Collaborate with different departments to ensure the proposal content reflects the company's capabilities effectively.

·       Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

·       Develop and curate engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives.

·       Search Engine Optimisation for the company website via Umbraco CMS.

Qualifications:

·      Graduated with a Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·      Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

·      Hands-on exposure to government tenders and digital marketing is an advantage.
