职位描述
- Work closely and assist superiors in coordinating internal resources to meet client needs.
- Manage daily operations, administration, client care and relationship management.
- Ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operational duties including administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time.
- Work closely with managers and internal stakeholders, to deliver a superior client servicing experience
- Develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure high standard of customer satisfaction
- Customizes client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings etc.)
职位要求
- Passionate about client servicing with situational adaptability (to work with clients of different backgrounds)
- Highly service oriented and passionate about client servicing
- Has excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional communication attitude.
- Systematic, precise and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin as you are required to work closely with our Chinese stakeholders and clients based in China.
