The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
Job Description:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business development opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Closely coordinate with relevant departments to implement promotional programs and sales events.
- Provide regular reports on market conditions, sales performance, and market development activities.
Requirements:
- Priority is given to candidates with less than 1 year of experience in the business field, especially in E-Logistics.
- Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, hardworking, and highly responsible.
- Proficient in using office tools (MS Office).
