Company Overview: ConnectingDNA is a Singapore-based health-technology firm providing genetic analysis and data-driven wellness reports to professional healthcare and fitness providers. We are currently expanding our B2B sales team to support our growth in the Singapore market.
Job Summary: The Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the full B2B sales cycle and executing corporate digital marketing strategies. This is a salaried, office-based position focused on professional partnership acquisition and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Account Management: Identify and onboard corporate partners, including fitness centers, medical clinics, and nutrition practices.
Performance Marketing: Manage official company social media accounts and execute data-driven content calendars to drive lead generation.
Partner Success: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate affiliates, ensuring they are trained on our DNA analysis platform.
Market Analysis: Track and report on digital campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Compliance: Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with Singapore’s health-tech advertising regulations.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences.
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in B2B Sales or Corporate Marketing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) and social media management tools. Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, with the ability to perform SEO keyword research to support search marketing strategies.
Communication: Strong professional writing skills and experience in corporate pitching.
