Business Development Director, Havas Market

Havas Market is looking for a Business Development Director, Havas Market to support the team.

Responsibilities

• 
  Prospect and pitch new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calls, email marketing, existing clients and networking.


• Take ownership of the end-to-end Business Development process, including pipeline management, account planning, pitching, and deal closure.


• Research or market survey for new business opportunity, trend, and strategy for sales growth to meet sales target.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential business partners, demonstrating effective client relationship management skills.


• Develop and maintain the customer relationship by excellently understanding the key customer or target audience to ensure their objectives are being met in order to retain business.


• Conduct commercial and trend analysis, scenario modeling, and opportunity assessments to support strategic decision-making.


• 
  Lead pitch meeting preparation by organizing materials, validating information, gathering commercial and operational insights from internal teams, and translating data into persuasive business presentations and strategies.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures through all financial and non-financial transactions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or solution selling; experience in online sales or e-commerce is a plus. Experience in lead generation and account management is also beneficial.


• Strong sense of initiative, self-motivation, and a can-do attitude.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment.


• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.


• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
