Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for execution and deploying the strategy of B2B operations to support overall business goals in the white space channel. This includes managing end-to-end partnerships with third parties to market and retail the products to end-user consumers. Critical to this role is executing deployment plans, maintaining distribution channels and improving channel-product-pricing effectiveness to deliver on performance targets.
Job Scope:
· Support and execute Business Development Manager's business direction, strategy and implementation plan of assigned areas. Specifically, support BDM in deployment of business opportunities and maintaining partnerships for CC expansion/ growth through business programs
· Engage business partners on a daily basis, addressing business challenges/ concerns/ objectives like Participation Rate, Offtake, Product Distribution and Volume/Value optimization. Effectively advise and guide retailers on implementation to leverage common goals between the Company and the Retailers, facilitating reciprocal volume and offtake growth.
· Face-to-face selling to new channel partners/distributors and cross/up/repeat sales to selected channel partners/retailers. Deliver product sales and presentations to channel partners/retailers and train channel partner/retailers sales personnel in sales techniques.
· Collaborate and work closely with all internal stakeholders including Territory Managers, Area Managers, Key Accounts, Customer Success to ensure new business opportunities are unlocked and acted upon.
· Establish and maintain high levels of rapport with business owners and key decision makers, effectively communicating the Company initiatives. This also includes supporting anti-illicit drives and the Company’s movement towards a Smoke-Free Future in Singapore.
· Uphold corporate integrity and values while ensuring all activities comply with the Company policies and procedures, including Sales Force operating guidelines, local laws and International Marketing Code.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
· Minimum 2 years of experience in an FMCG company, focusing on new sales, merchandising and retailer engagement
· Class 3 Driving License
· Demonstrate excellent communication skills with entrepreneurial mindset.
· Experienced in engaging with different business stakeholders and possesses influencing skills.
· Well-developed critical thinking skills, with an ability to apply logic and challenge assumption.
· A self-starter, ability to prioritize, conflict-resolution skills and adhere to business-critical deadlines.
· Proven record in selling experience and able to articulate in financial acumen.
Additional Information:
· Salary – S$3.5K per month + transport allowance + incentive
· Contract duration: 12-month contract renewable
· Commencement Date: Immediate
· Working days and hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm, Fri 9am to 12noon
· Location: Redhill
