What You'll Do

Drive B2B Sales Growth:

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead qualification

  • Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand client base

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities in mobile device sector

Manage Key Client Relationships

  • Serve as primary contact for B2B clients, ensuring exceptional customer service

  • Build long-term partnerships with dealers, retailers, and corporate clients

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

  • Conduct regular business reviews and account planning sessions

Collaborate for Success

  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize client solutions

  • Share market insights to improve products and services

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to positive team culture


What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience are welcome.

  • Priority will be given to candidate with 1 year B2B sales, business development, or account management experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong passion for sales and technology with a drive to succeed.

  • Results-driven mindset with customer-centric approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in smartphone/mobile device sales (especially pre-owned devices)

  • Knowledge of telco industry, dealer networks, or device trading

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Existing network in mobile device/technology sector

  • Understanding of device repair, trading rates, and market dynamics
