Job Responsibilities




  • Business Development: Proactively identify and engage potential clients, new and existing, through targeted prospecting, networking, and outreach strategies.


  • Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to present and demonstrate how DigiPixel designs experiences through web, digital marketing, and AI-driven solutions.


  • Sales Closure: Manage the end-to-end sales process, addressing objections confidently and negotiating agreements to secure deals.


  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling across experience design, SEO, and maintenance services.


  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, follow-ups, and client progress in the CRM system.


  • Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and client feedback to provide actionable recommendations and support strategic sales initiatives.


  • Grant Facilitation: Guide clients through PSG grant eligibility and application processes to support deal closure.


Job Requirements




  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in B2B sales, telemarketing, or client-facing roles. Experience in digital, creative, or tech services is a plus.


  • Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and confident in both phone and in-person interactions.


  • Self-Motivation: Able to manage appointments and close deals independently.


  • Digital Curiosity: Eager to learn about experience design, SEO, and AI-driven solutions to better serve client needs.


  • Hunter Mentality: Results-driven, target-focused, and committed to achieving business goals.
