Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals

  • Identify digital marketing needs of potential clients and suggest appropriate solutions

  • Seek out and secure meetings with key decision markers

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and goals


Job Requirements:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Prior experience in a B2B sales-oriented role is preferred

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrate proactive initiative in identifying and cultivating new sources of leads

  • Excels in multitasking and managing priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced setting

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results


Job Remuneration:



  • Basic (SGD 2.3k - 3.2k)

  • Commission

  • Transport allowances

  • Quarterly bonuses

Working Days/Hours:



  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
