About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Executive with sharp business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset to join our dynamic team. This role combines strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive brand growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Manage sales orders and support commercial and brand development teams in order processing.
Translate annual brand strategy into topline SKU forecasts by franchise and monthly SKU projections.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify gaps, opportunities, and improvement areas.
Draw actionable business insights through data analysis and on-field observations, converting findings into strategic recommendations.
Market Research & Strategic Presentations
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes.
Develop dashboards and strategic presentations for business reviews, brand pitches, and new market entry (e.g., Travel Retail, USA, Australia).
Provide insights on brand performance across different retail channels, including drugstores.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies aligned with Brand Principals.
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including brand principals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, sales reporting, and business development, preferably in beauty or consumer goods.
Good understanding of brands across different retail channels; experience in drugstore is a plus.
Familiarity with dermatology brands (e.g., La Roche-Posay, Avène, Eucerin) is an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
