About Koomi OS

Koomi OS is a next-generation cloud-based POS and operations platform designed for modern restaurants, cafés, and multi-outlet F&B brands. Our platform integrates ordering, payments, analytics, inventory, and customer engagement tools to help merchants scale efficiently.


We are expanding our commercial team and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who is passionate about technology and helping businesses transform their operations.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage F&B merchants, restaurant groups, and hospitality operators who can benefit from Koomi OS solutions.


  • Develop outbound sales strategies across calls, emails, networking events, and industry partnerships.


  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand merchant workflows, operational challenges, and digital transformation needs.


  • Present and demonstrate the Koomi OS platform, highlighting operational efficiency and revenue optimization.


  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.


  • Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing and onboarding.


  • Work closely with the product, onboarding, and support teams to ensure successful merchant implementation.


  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive referrals and long-term growth.



Business development roles typically focus on identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.


  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.


  • Experience in SaaS, POS systems, fintech, or F&B technology is an advantage.


  • Strong communication and presentation skills.


  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.


  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and building new relationships.
