About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and drive sales performance to help expand our manpower outsourcing business. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our market presence, launching new initiatives, and ensuring the success of our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a defined portfolio of markets and clients to achieve sales and profit growth targets
- Understand client needs, monitor their organizational goals, and identify new business opportunities
- Build long-term client loyalty by collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
- Maintain a strong, professional market presence by emphasizing value and upholding high standards
- Serve as the customer’s voice internally to improve service levels and client satisfaction
- Track competitors’ products, services, and market strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Conduct market research and study industry trends, including e-commerce dynamics, to identify new revenue streams
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies and operational launch plans with detailed financial budgeting
- Establish and manage external partnerships to accelerate market growth
- Cold call and prospect within the region to build a robust sales pipeline
- Attend networking events and leverage your network to meet potential clients and grow relationships
- Drive the full sales process: prioritize top accounts, present solutions, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals
- Perform market research to understand various industries and client needs
- Take on ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the company
Requirements
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in manpower outsourcing, aviation, BPO, or related industries
✔ Demonstrated success in sales and customer relationship management
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
✔ Strong analytical and numerical skills with sharp business acumen
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
✔ Able to work independently, resourceful, and self-driven in achieving goals
✔ Ability to manage tight timelines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
✔ Highly dedicated and results-oriented with a proven sales track record
✔ Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team
✔ Willingness to attend networking sessions and industry events as required
