Job Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to lead ecosystem and partnership growth in the China market.
You will work directly with creators, platforms, and distribution partners to expand our content ecosystem and unlock new growth and monetization channels. This role offers end-to-end ownership, from identifying opportunities to closing and scaling partnerships.
Responsibilities
Identify and secure partnerships with creators, platforms, and ecosystem partners
Own the full BD cycle: sourcing, negotiation, deal execution, and partner management
Drive initiatives that contribute directly to user growth, content supply, and revenue
Work closely with product and marketing teams to launch and scale partnership initiatives
Track performance and continuously optimize partnership outcomes
Stay close to China market trends to identify new opportunities
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships
Strong understanding of the China mainland digital ecosystem
Background connected to China (education or upbringing)
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
High ownership, strong execution, and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in mobile apps, SaaS, or creator/content ecosystems
Familiar with platforms such as Xiaohongshu and Douyin
Experience in cross-border or international markets
