About the role:

We are looking for self-starters to join SIMBA Telecom as a Business Development Executive to build and retain relationships with our corporate clients & strategic partners. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maximise distribution to grow business revenue.


The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

  • Execute Business Enterprise activities to grow revenue

  • Understand SME needs & objectives to develop creative plans & present value propositions.

  • Build growth and unlock opportunities for SIMBA’s products & services with new & existing partners.

  • Strong business acumen with ability to analyse sales data, forecast & implement action plans

  • Deliver sales to meet monthly & quarterly revenue objectives

  • Proactively engage prospects & clients to establish relationship

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to meet Business Goals & Objectives

  • To adopt a "Hunter" mentality and be adaptable to the Telcommunication Industry changing needs


The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Partner Management

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline

  • Passionate in engaging internal & external partners of all levels

  • Strong interpersonal skills & curious complemented with problem-solving, resilient & growth mindset
