Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
In this role, you will support business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and assisting in driving sales of our digital marketing services. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, persuasive, and passionate about digital marketing.
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand clients’ business needs and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and digital marketing campaign strategies for clients.
Conduct sales presentations and follow up on leads.
Support negotiations, contract discussions, and closing of deals.
Perform basic market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Track and report sales activities and pipeline updates.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree / NiTEC in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus).
Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, Google SEM, Xiaohongshu, content marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident, persuasive, and client-focused mindset.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
