Business Development Intern - Fashion (May/ June 2026 Intake)

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

• Support the discovery project by curating clear and relevant SKUs (as defined by the Fashion team) based on top user search keywords


• Maintain and refresh SKU collections on a weekly basis


• Coordinate with the Marketing team on campaign execution, including microsite and collection setup, design alignment, and feedback loops


• Monitor daily SKU performance and ensure curated SKUs outperform non-curated ones

Requirements:

• Strong interest in fashion and good fashion sense with the ability to curate appealing product selections


• Comfortable handling routine and detail-oriented tasks consistently


• Basic understanding of numbers and data, with the ability to monitor and track product performance


• Good organisational and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams


• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
