Business Development Intern - [FMCG - Beauty & Personal Care] (Spring 2026)

Job Description

• Identify emerging Beauty & Personal Care trends and opportunities


• Manage day-to-day coordination between sellers and internal stakeholders for KOL seeding and livestream initiatives


• Data analysis for brand performance review meetings


• Support the planning and execution of mega campaigns


• Adhoc pitching of packages to sellers

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in a recognised university or polytechnic.


• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.


• Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.


• A positive, energetic team player with strong interpersonal skills.


• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships with partners.


• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferred).


• Relevant experience in e-commerce and/or knowledge of the beauty industry will be advantageous.


• Full-time commitment (3–6 months) preferred
