Business Development (Intern To Full Time Role)

Job Summary

Support new projects in Singapore & South India across e-Commerce, Offline & HORECA sectors, including B2G initiatives, contributing to business development & growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of new e-Commerce, Offline, & HORECA projects in Singapore plus new projects in South India to drive business expansion


• Assist in managing B2G-initiated projects by coordinating communication & project activities across regions


• Apply cultural sensitivity & adaptability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams & stakeholders


• Communicate clearly in English to facilitate project coordination and reporting


• Utilize Tamil language skills when needed to support communication for South India project work (preferred but not mandatory)


• Demonstrate openness to learning & willingness to explore new ideas, methods & approaches to improve project outcomes


• Participate in planned travel as part of the internship to gain hands-on experience & support project implementation


• Leverage any experience in online/offline FMCG sales or HORECA sectors to contribute practical insights to project tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma qualification (minimum requirement)


• Experience in online/offline FMCG sales or HORECA sectors


• Tamil language proficiency to support communication in South India (bonus, not mandatory)
