Job Summary


Identify, prospect, and secure new business channels to drive sales growth. Manage client communications and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets within the e-commerce industry.


Responsibilities



  • Identify and engage new business channels to expand sales opportunities and increase revenue

  • Manage communications with clients through WeChat, email, and calls to ensure clear alignment and high client satisfaction

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to secure business growth

  • Monitor e-commerce trends and competitor activities to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to clients

  • Operate independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to achieve business objectives


Required competencies and certifications



  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) to communicate directly with clients based in China

  • Hands-on experience with online platforms, specifically Shopee and Lazada

  • Proven track record in Business Development or Sales within the e-commerce industry


Preferred competencies and qualifications


  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
