Position Overview:
Join our team as a Business Development Manager (B2B Sales), where you will play a key role in driving business growth by selling a comprehensive suite of digital marketing solutions, including SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Content Creation, Website Development, and PSG Grant-supported services.
This role is highly sales-driven and requires a proactive approach to prospecting, including cold calling and strategic outreach, to identify and secure new business opportunities.This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in digital marketing sales within a high-performance environment where your efforts directly translate into earnings and career growth. Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach activities
Engage potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges
Present and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions aligned with client objectives
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to enhance client value

Gross monthly earnings can range from $7,000 to $10,000 or more, depending on performance

Job Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline
Preferably at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including cold calling
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Results-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
