Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market presence and expand portfolio for B2B Learning eXperience Platform (LXP).
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and client engagement to proposal preparation, quotation, negotiation, and closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing ongoing account servicing and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Be accountable for achieving sales targets.
Drive awareness and uptake through roadshows, enterprise events, and direct engagement with enterprises.
Work closely with the Marketing team and appointed agencies to conceptualise, brief, and execute impactful campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
Propose and manage creative assets, ensuring campaign effectiveness and alignment with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with Brands & Communications to plan and deliver monthly social media content to build consistent awareness of LXP.
Analyse sales funnel metrics and campaign performance data to recommend and implement optimizations.
Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance and campaign ROI.
Partner with internal tech teams to brief in campaign requirements, coordinate system enhancements, and manage change requests that support sales and customer experience.
Manage customer enquiries, issues, and escalations from enterprises using the LXP app and website.
Ensure a smooth and supportive learner journey to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), continuing education, or a related domain
At least 2 years of direct experience in partnership development.
Proven ability to lead contract negotiation processes and manage contract lifecycle in collaboration with legal team.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working across teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, Legal, Sales etc).
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with a results-oriented and strategic mindset.
Platform or APP experience a bonus
Ability to take ownership and drive partnership initiatives from proposal to execution.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Deck presentation
Experience in marketing and communications is a plus
