Position: Digital Marketing Account Manager

  • Working Days: Monday - Friday

  • Working Timing: 930am - 630pm

  • Working Location: Maxwell

  • Starting Salary: $4500 -$6500

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring their digital marketing objectives are met and exceeded.

  • Oversee and coordinate SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns across various channels.

  • Work closely with internal teams (SEO specialists, content creators, designers, and developers) to execute and optimise campaigns.

  • Communicate and negotiate with external vendors, influencers, and advertising platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Analyse campaign performance, metrics, and KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Develop strategic marketing plans, present proposals, and provide clients with clear roadmaps for achieving their goals.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, helping clients expand their digital marketing efforts.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in SEO, social media, and digital advertising, ensuring MediaOne’s strategies remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

  • Experience managing social media campaigns (organic & paid) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Ability to interpret analytics and campaign data, translating insights into actionable strategies.

  • Experience coordinating internal teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless campaign execution.

  • Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or Basecamp will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

  • Basic knowledge of landing page optimisation and A/B testing.

  • Prior experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
