Business Development Manager (Export & Distributor Markets)

We are seeking an experienced export sales professional to drive OTO’s channel expansion across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the USA. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing strategic distributors to grow our footprint in the gaming furniture, ergonomic seating, and wellness categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential distributors in targeted overseas markets (SEA, EU, USA).

• Channel Performance: Drive sell-through by activating distributors to penetrate local retail, e-commerce, and commercial/B2B channels.

• Revenue Ownership: Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets; accountable for full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Relationship Management: Develop long-term partnerships with key principals; monitor market trends and competitive activities.

Requirements

• Industry Background: Must have prior experience in Consumer Electronics or Smart Hardware(Gaming Chairs / Ergonomic Chairs background is a strong advantage).

• Export Experience: Proven track record in export sales and distributor management; candidates with domestic/local market experience only will not be considered.

• Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.

• Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and understanding of international trade terms, logistics, and channel incentives.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally for business development and key account meetings.

• Seniority: Candidates should possess a high level of drive and maturity, ideally with 5+ years of relevant experience.
