Job Description:
1. Overseas Channel Development
Build and expand partner networks in key regions such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Latin America, covering e-commerce platforms, payment institutions, virtual asset companies, and student/immigration service providers.
2. Business Negotiation & Deal Execution
Manage the full business cycle from lead generation, needs assessment, solution design and commercial negotiation to contract signing and implementation.
3. Partnership Management & Growth
Drive partner onboarding, activation, marketing initiatives, user acquisition and GMV growth. Establish long-term and scalable partnership frameworks.
4. Market Insights & Strategy
Conduct in-depth analysis of local regulations, payment market trends and competitive landscapes in target countries, and translate findings into actionable channel strategies.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, compliance, operations, risk management and data teams to accelerate business growth and ensure smooth execution in overseas markets.
Job Specification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing or related field.
2. 2-6 years of BD/ Partnership experience: Candidates with experience in cross-boarder payments, Fintech, Web3, e-commerce, or industries related to remittance/ card schemes are preferred.
3. Strong business development mindset: capable of quickly building trust, identifying partner needs, and uncovering channel value.
4. Able to work under pressure and independently drive projects from 0 to 1.
5. Overseas market experience preferred: including frequent business travel or on-site deployment in international market.
6. Familiar with cross board payment business model (U Card/ Virtual Card, Crypto payment/ On & Off Ramp) is a plus.
