What You'll Be Doing

• Identify, qualify, and connect with high-potential leads using your own initiative – no waiting for leads to come in.


• Engage prospects through needs analysis, solution presentation, and persuasive storytelling.


• Close sales for a wide range of services, including SEO, SEM, Social, and full-funnel marketing solutions.


• Coordinate with delivery and finance teams to ensure client success, campaign quality, and timely invoicing.


• Continuously upgrade your understanding of digital marketing through structured learning and real-world exposure.

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales KPIs – hunters with a winning track record preferred.


• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


• A proactive self-starter who can work independently and get results.


• A demonstrated interest in digital marketing – completion of relevant courses (Google, Meta, Tiktok, etc.) is highly valued.


• Experience in consultative sales, account development, or business development will be advantageous.

What You Can Expect
