Job Summary


Develop and execute targeted marketing and sales strategies to grow local and Intra-Asia business. Build strong client relationships, negotiate advantageous agreements, and collaborate across teams to increase overseas routing order shipments and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive company growth and acquire new clients locally and within Intra-Asia

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the logistics sector

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales leads and business development

  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and resolve concerns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to prepare persuasive proposals and presentations that meet client needs

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and service providers to secure mutually beneficial agreements

  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction

  • Monitor industry trends, carrier performance, and market conditions to inform sales strategies

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to management

  • Participate in tenders, RFQs, and bids as required to expand business opportunities
