About the Role

DrScalp is a Singapore-based scalp care clinic looking for a proactive BD & Marketing Executive to drive brand growth through content creation, strategic partnerships, SEO, and community engagement. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to expand DrScalp’s digital presence, build high-value B2B relationships, and organise educational workshops and seminars.


Scope of Work

Content Writing



  • Write SEO-optimised blog articles, landing page copy, and educational content on scalp health and hair care


  • Draft email campaigns, WhatsApp broadcast copy, and social media captions


  • Develop content calendars aligned with campaign objectives and seasonal promotions


  • Collaborate with the content/video team on scripts and storytelling angles



B2B Outreach & Partnerships



  • Identify and reach out to potential collaboration partners (wellness brands, clinics, lifestyle businesses, influencers)


  • Pitch and negotiate co-marketing campaigns, cross-promotions, and referral partnerships


  • Manage ongoing partner relationships and track partnership ROI


  • Explore B2B opportunities for corporate wellness packages or bulk treatment deals



SEO & Link Building



  • Execute outreach campaigns for backlink acquisition through guest posts, link exchanges, and digital PR


  • Research and identify high-authority domains in the health, beauty, and wellness space for link opportunities


  • Monitor keyword rankings, domain authority, and backlink profile growth


  • Coordinate with the SEO strategy to ensure content aligns with target keywords and topical clusters



Workshops & Seminars



  • Plan and organise educational workshops and seminars on scalp health, hair care, and wellness topics


  • Source and coordinate with guest speakers, KOLs, and industry professionals for events


  • Handle end-to-end event logistics — venue booking, collaterals, registration, and post-event follow-up


  • Leverage events to generate leads, build brand authority, and nurture existing customer relationships



Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, BD, or digital marketing


  • Strong written English with the ability to write engaging, SEO-friendly copy


  • Experience with outreach tools and CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)


  • Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, backlinks, keyword research)


  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects


  • Bonus: Experience in health, beauty, or wellness industry


  • Experience organising workshops, seminars, or community events
