Business Development & Sales Executive

As a Business Development & Sales Executive, you report directly to the Business Development Director. You will

Manage the full scope of Business Development activities, including collaborations, partnerships and events.

Identify, approach and secure collaborations or partnerships with relevant brands and platforms.

Leverage professional networks to build brand recognition, create marketing value and generate sales opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with collaboration partners.

Negotiate, plan and coordinate contracts and commercial terms with collaboration partners.

Work with Sales and Marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive retail, tourism and event sales.

Formulate and implement sales and marketing campaigns related to tourism, partnerships and events.

Develop regional growth opportunities across key markets such as Japan, Asia and India.

Build relationships with travel agents, tourism partners, MICE organisers and trade-channel partners.

Develop trade marketing strategies to strengthen the brand’s presence in overseas markets and partner platforms.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve sharedB2B and revenue goals.

Identify new market opportunities through market intelligence, e-commerce trends and regional business insights.

Plan and manage partnership activations, collaborative campaigns and events.

Track the commercial performance of partnerships and campaigns.

Work closely with collaboration partners to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Support the preparation of weekly, monthly and annual sales reports.

A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree.

Minimum 1 year experience

Working Days/Hours: 5.5 days week

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm. Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm.

Saturdays usually no need to be in office unless there are events or during peak busy period like CNY.
