Business Development Specialist (Futures)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Specialist / Manager specializing in CFD trading to expand our client base and market presence. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in CFD or forex brokerage, strong knowledge of trading products, and a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients or partners within the online trading industry.

You will be responsible for developing business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and promoting the company’s CFD trading services across targeted markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Expansion: Develop and implement effective strategies to grow the CFD business and increase client acquisition., including both retail and institutional.

2. Partner Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, money managers, and other strategic partners.

3. Market Research: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates to identify new opportunities.

4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of CFDs, forex, indices, commodities, and other derivatives to effectively communicate product value.

5. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities tailored to CFD clients.

6. Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics, sales pipelines, and business development progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

2. 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within CFD / Forex / brokerage / trading industries.

3. Strong understanding of CFD trading products, MT4/MT5 platforms, margin trading, and risk management principles.
