About the Role
We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Specialist to spearhead our expansion into the Singapore education market. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and key educational institutions—international schools, local schools, preschools, and community centers. Your mission is to forge lasting partnerships, drive customer acquisition, and elevate brand presence through both online and offline initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
Identify, approach, and secure new business partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations. Lead the end-to-end partnership cycle—from initial outreach and negotiation to contract signing, campaign execution, and performance tracking.Brand Growth & Market Expansion
Drive customer acquisition and brand visibility through a mix of online and offline marketing activities. Tailor strategies to resonate with the local education landscape and cultural context.Stakeholder Management
Act as the key liaison between external partners and internal teams (marketing, operations, product). Coordinate resources to develop and execute joint business plans that deliver results.Client Engagement
Manage new client inquiries, applications, and ongoing needs with a solutions-oriented approach. Ensure a seamless experience from first contact to long-term partnership.Market Intelligence & Feedback
Gather insights from partners and end-users on product performance, market trends, and competitive landscape. Translate feedback into actionable recommendations for product and marketing teams.Pipeline & Database Management
Maintain an organized, up-to-date database of prospects and partners using Microsoft Dynamics, CRM tools, and Excel. Track progress and report on key performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management—preferably within the education, training, or media sectors.
Skills & Competencies
Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, or similar stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and communication skills—able to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly preferred to engage effectively with the local and Chinese-speaking community.
Self-starter mentality with excellent project management and planning abilities.
Goal-oriented—able to thrive under pressure and meet targets within tight deadlines.
Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred (Not Required)
Existing connections or networks within international schools, local schools, preschools, or community centers.
Familiarity with overseas Chinese communities or experience in Chinese media / e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
