About the Team:
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and motivated early-career professional to join our Cross Border Team. These roles are designed for someone who wants to learn how e-commerce categories are built and scaled, with hands-on exposure to data, strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will support category initiatives for Cross Border sellers in the Philippines while developing core skills in business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and project execution.
Job Description:
Category Strategy Analyst & Associate (2 HCs)
- Support tracking and analysis of category and seller performance;
- Assist in executing category initiatives, promotions, and seller programs;
- Work with local teams (Marketing, BD, Operations) to support campaign execution;
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal reviews;
- Help coordinate timelines and deliverables across teams;
- Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects.
Campaign Operations Analyst (1 HC)
- Campaign Execution & Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns by planning, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain and validate campaign data, monitor performance metrics, and support both regular and ad-hoc reporting.
- Process & Quality Control: Ensure accuracy in campaign operations, identify inefficiencies or issues, and help improve workflows and documentation.
- Stakeholder Support: Serve as a central point of communication to keep teams updated on campaign progress, risks, and status.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good analytical and problem-solving mindset;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, data tracking, basic analysis);
- Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Google Slides for basic reporting;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with peak periods during major campaigns;
- Flexible to support extended hours when required.
