Business Intelligence (BI) Intern – Cross Border E-commerce (Summer 2026)

Job Description

• Conduct thorough analysis of internal and external data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for Shopee cross border business organisation


• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics that align with business objectives


• Assist in data collection, cleaning, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and reliability


• Provide summary tables that can explain key business insights that will lead to actionable next steps


• Create visually appealing and insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualisations using BI tools

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in data analytics, engineering, statistics, mathematics or any other relevant quantitative discipline


• Proficient in Excel and SQL; Proficiency in Python is highly desirable


• Data driven and detail oriented
