• Drive strategic growth initiatives for Monee’s card business in Thailand, supporting business expansion, portfolio growth, and product optimization across areas such as go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, marketing, and business performance.


• Analyze customer, product, business, and market data to identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.


• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify emerging trends, benchmark market practices, and strengthen product positioning and overall business performance.


• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, Partnerships, and other relevant teams to develop and execute business initiatives.


• Track key business and portfolio metrics, investigate underlying drivers of performance, and recommend initiatives to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and portfolio performance.


• Contribute to other strategic and business management projects as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or another relevant discipline.


• Relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, growth, product management, marketing, analytics, banking, FinTech, or other related areas. Exposure to consumer credit, cards, payments, or financial services would be an advantage.


• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and business observations into practical recommendations.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and teams.
