Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by leading client discovery sessions and translating client needs into actionable, scalable solutions
- Develop detailed proposals, pricing models, and service packages that align with client objectives and business growth
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure clear expectations and successful execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including UX/UI, development, analytics, and martech to deliver integrated digital projects on time and within budget
- Manage project risks, quality control, and client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Recommend and implement AI and automation solutions to enhance marketing efficiency and maximize ROI
- Oversee marketing automation, CRM workflows, analytics, and system integrations to align technical execution with business strategy
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as ROI, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates to inform client performance reviews and optimize pricing, delivery, and growth strategies
- Apply strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently with a growth-oriented, systems-thinking mindset
- Utilize data analytics and dashboards to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in marketing and technical initiatives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Web Developer (front-end, back-end, or full-stack)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital project management, growth, or tech-driven marketing roles
- Proven client-facing experience with proposals and solution scoping
- Technical knowledge of web platforms, CMS, complex website development, apps, and API integration
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles, conversion optimisation, and CRO
- Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), technical SEO, and semantic search
- Experience with marketing automation systems, CRM workflows, and AI tools in marketing
- Proficiency in data analytics, dashboards, and KPI monitoring
- Good understanding of the marketing fundmentals.
- Excellent rapport with clients, complete with a positive attitude and problem-solving mind-set.
