So, what will be your part in our Mission?

As a Business Partnership Associate, you will drive new sales and account expansion, positioning Homage as a trusted supplier of Healthcare Care Professionals through various partnership delivery models. You will identify new and build on existing opportunities, build strong provider relationships, and ensure a seamless onboarding and partnership experience.

What will you do…

1. New Business Growth (Sales & Lead Generation)
  • Identify and secure new partnerships across home-based care, facility-based care, and medical escort services

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline (target: 3+ qualified opportunities monthly)

  • Conduct presentations and pitches to showcase Homage’s value proposition

  • Negotiate and close service agreements, ensuring smooth onboarding

  • Track sales activities through CRM systems for visibility and reporting

2. Onboarding & Account Activation
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for new partners

  • Support platform adoption (Enterprise Web App & Partner Care App)

  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions

  • Proactively address early-stage operational issues

3. Key Account Management & Retention
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with partners

  • Conduct regular account reviews and feedback sessions

  • Identify growth opportunities and drive engagement

  • Support incident management education and compliance

  • Strengthen Homage’s positioning as a preferred partner

4. Solution Development & Partner Operations
  • Define workflows, SLAs, and partnership processes with internal teams

  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Service Coordination teams to ensure high service fulfilment

  • Manage and resolve operational challenges, including high-priority incidents

  • Drive continuous improvement through partner and client feedback

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and BI teams to enhance service delivery

5. Market Strategy & Industry Insights
  • Stay updated on healthcare trends and regulatory developments

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. AIC, MOH, SSAs)

  • Support expansion into new segments such as disability care and specialised services

  • Any other tasks as assigned by team Manager

Skills & Experience you will need…

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or a related field is advantageous

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (healthcare experience is a plus)

  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to navigate long sales cycles

  • Consultative selling approach with the ability to understand and tailor solutions to partner needs

  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-growing, tech-enabled environment

  • Familiarity with Singapore’s community care funding models (e.g. HPC/HPC+, MET, Disability Support) is a plus, but not required

  • Strong learning mindset and passion for caregiving and healthcare impact

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven reporting
