We serve modern families across Southeast Asia through retail, digital content, and thoughtfully developed products that support parents from pregnancy through the early years of childhood.
We are looking for a Buyer (Executive level) to join our Singapore team — a junior-to-mid professional who is commercially minded, highly organised, and excited to help shape assortments that parents trust and return to.
This role is ideal for someone ready to move beyond coordination work and build real buying instincts.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Support the end-to-end buying cycle: assortment planning, purchase orders, pricing, and product launches
Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and margin to ensure healthy inventory turns
Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and store operations to align product flow and campaigns
Coordinate with suppliers on timelines, deliveries, documentation, and negotiations
Analyse trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Assist in range reviews, seasonal planning, and new product onboarding
Ensure data accuracy across systems (because retail runs on precision)
What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of experience in buying, merchandising, retail operations, or supply chain
Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with Excel and sales data
Commercial curiosity: you want to understand why products perform, not just report on them
Meticulous, structured, and reliable with timelines
Able to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment (we’re growing, not static)
Experience in baby, maternity, FMCG, or lifestyle retail is a plus — but not required
