Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Campaign Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns for our Life Insurance business. This role focuses on digital lead generation, customer engagement, and partnership marketing, contributing directly to business growth and brand visibility.

12-month renewable contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Execution
  • Plan, manage, and execute lead generation campaigns to meet monthly and quarterly KPIs.

  • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle — from concept development and creative production to compliance clearance and launch.

  • Maintain a comprehensive campaign calendar, covering digital ads, customer journeys, and tactical initiatives with distribution partners.

  • Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.

  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Lead Management & Fulfilment
  • Support the end-to-end lead management process to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.

  • Manage incentive fulfilment activities, including sign-up rewards, meet-up incentives, and event-based gifts.

  • Track and forecast incentive redemptions, budget utilisation, and campaign performance.

  • Maintain CRM hygiene through accurate tagging, segmentation, and lead tracking.

Campaign Analytics & Optimisation
  • Consolidate and analyse campaign performance across all channels.

  • Identify insights and trends to enhance campaign effectiveness and lead quality.

  • Prepare detailed post-campaign reports and monthly performance summaries for management and partners.

  • Recommend process improvements and workflow enhancements to improve speed-to-market and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder & Partnership Coordination
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and retail teams to align digital and on-ground campaign strategies.

  • Support coordination of on-ground activations, such as events, roadshows, and retail promotions.

  • Assist in preparing quarterly partnership performance reviews and KPI reports.

  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of campaign mechanics and fulfilment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or campaign execution, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, WhatsApp Campaigns, Google Analytics, or Salesforce.

  • Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

  • Meticulous, analytical, and a strong team player with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.

Added Advantages:

  • Experience in managing incentive or fulfilment campaigns.

  • Understanding of MAS advertising and insurance marketing compliance requirements.

  • Prior exposure to partnership marketing or experience within the insurance ecosystem.
